Elaborately worked wall level in baroque style with brass frame in repousse technology, made in Holland approx. 1880: rectangular mirror area, width, through framework with a driven relief decor in the style of the Dutch baroque with leaf tendrations, fruit and flower motifs and pearl frieze. The corners of the mirror are accentuated by very finely and plastically worked out female masquerons, at the upper edge of the frame a flower garland is guided over the mirror surface in two swings and thus gives the mirror lush in the decor and spatial depth. The frame was stored with mirror glass which shimmers through the breakthrough decor. The upper degree is a triangular gable with a central, mirrored oval medallion, which is flanked by two putti and crowned by a classicist urn vase. To the sides of the gable rich acanthus leaf plant. The back of the mirror is covered with wood. Extremely decorative and finely worked Dutch mirror in baroque style of attractive size, which fits perfectly into a classic and a modern ambience. Condition: very good, min. Signs of age and wear, min. abrasion, min. corrosion points on the mirror surfaces.
