Vintage , “Cavalier de Fantasia” engraving by Edmond Vales. Depicts an equestrian scene with Moroccan warrior on horseback brandishing a rifle above his head. Pencil signed and titled along lower edge. Reverse stamped with the artist’s name. Beveled giltwood frame; no mat.

Edmond Vales (1918-2001) was a French artist who specialized in North African and Middle Eastern portraits, scenes, and landscapes.
