A Very Fine French 19th-20th Century Louis XV Style Ormolu and Jasperware-Mounted Rosewood, Mahogany and Kingwood Single Door Vitrine, possibly by François Linke (1855-1946). The upper front apron centered with an allegorical Jasperware plaque depicting playful Putti with a goat, flanked on the corners by ormolu mounts of crossed torches and flames, cross flutes, a tambourine, a pan flute, ribbons and a tassel. The door surmounted with an oval Neoclassical Jasperware plaque, probably Wedgwood, of a maiden with a cherub symbolic to Love, within a ribbon tied ormolu frame. Fitted with a variegated marble top and raised on four cabriolet legs ending on hooved-feet; with two interior lined with a burgundy color velvet and fitted with two glass shelves. Circa: Paris, 1900.
