1950s Mid-Century Modern 2 Tier Ebonized Walnut Side/Occasional Table W/ Brass Sabots

Mid Century Modern side/ occasional tables were realized in the United States circa 1950. Table feature compass style legs dynamically arched and the other straight, sitting on brass sabots and connected at their apex via two cylindrical brass embellishments. The table top tiers are pagoda style with raised lips- an oblique nod to the influence of asian aesthetics that diffused through much of the great American Art Deco and Mid Century design. The walnut has been ebonized offering a stunning contrast to the brass throughout. They also feature inset glass tops.
